GRO – Girls Riders Organization had a birthday!

They’ve been inspiring, educating and supporting girls through action sports because they believe all girls have the potential to become confident leaders and makers of positive change.

This is a 65 year old woman on her first day skateboarding @cocoabeachskatepark At the end of the session she sat down in the middle of the park and shook her head. When I asked her why, she said she could not believe that she had actually learned to skate and ride in a skatepark. I tell people about this woman all the time.
