Maarina1999 aka Marina is originally from Mallorca, Spain. When I met her on IG she was living in Idaho.

I think of skateboarding as rolling yoga – so I love pictures of meditating on your board. I also love this picture from saydegar in Play Zurriola because it shows that more girls skateboard when they see stylish girls skateboarding. And skateboarding is good for girls because it increases self-confidence of the body, mind, and soul.

I hate when people tell me what my limits are because I’m a girl or because I’m an amateur skateboarder or for whatever nonsense. We are all unique and capable of much more than we’d ever imagine – so if someone is talking limits to you – know it’s them not you that’s limited.
As for Playa Zurriola – on the 9th day of December we’re in Spain. Style after all is universal.
